Product Exchange

Does the product not fit properly? Do you need a bigger or a smaller size? That’s not a problem. You can send it back to us and we will exchange it for you. You will pay for the returning delivery and we will pay for the delivery back to you. You have 30 days for the exchange.

The product you wish to exchange must be unused and in the original package with all the labels, otherwise we won’t accept the exchange.

It is not possible to exchange the product which has been customised, e. g. bats made by us according to your personal needs and wishes.

How and where is it possible to exchange the product?

Our customers have 2 options to exchange the product. You can exchange it in our shop or send it to the following address:

Please include the exchange form. We will send you the new product within 7 days.

Product Return

Are you not happy with the product? You have 14 days to return it and we will refund you the money back.

Please note that the product you decide to return must be unused and in the original package with all the labels, otherwise we won’t accept the return request.

It is not possible to return the product which has been customised, e. g. bats made by us according to your personal needs and wishes as it makes it further unsellable.

How and where is it possible to return the product?

Our customers have 2 options to return the product. You can return it in our shop or send it to the following address:
