If you want to step into your game and improve quickly we recommend training with a robot. It is a simulator that shoots balls like an opponent. It doesn't swear, doesn't go for a beer in the middle of the game, and most importantly it won't spoil any exchange. It throws balls into one place (suitable for beginners and training of children) or can do different excersises (position changes, rotations). If you use this robot your performance will go up quickly.
